Terms of Service
Last updated June 10, 2026.
These terms are a starting template and should be reviewed by your attorney before going live. Replace this entire page with terms drafted for your jurisdiction and business model.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using DLAnalyzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
DLAnalyzer is a software platform that helps users assess the financial fit of commercial real estate transactions against their stated investor profile. The Service provides decision support only. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate information during signup and to keep your account information current.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
5. Access codes and approvals
Some users may access the Service via an access code in lieu of payment (for example, members of a separately-purchased mentorship program). Code-based signups require admin approval. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if the conditions of the underlying program are no longer met.
6. User content and uploads
You retain ownership of all documents you upload (offering memorandums, rent rolls, financial statements). You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service. We will not share your uploaded documents with other users or sell them to third parties.
7. No investment advice
DLAnalyzer is decision-support software. The scores, recommendations, and negotiation levers produced by the Service are informational only and must not be relied upon as investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Always engage qualified professionals before transacting.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any decisions made based on its output.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, fraud, abuse, or non- payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced in-app and to your email on file. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to your admin contact at the address provided during signup.
